Any situation where mould presents a problem in a short timeframe post-treatment is taken very seriously as this is indicative of an underlying issue that requires further investigation. These issues range from continual moisture within the premises due to faulty plumbing or roof leak through to excessive contamination sources internally or externally of the premises. It is only in these very rare situations where an underlying issue is supporting new, contamination and rapid growth that a premises has been re-attended after treatment. In any case we investigate immediately and if necessary re-treat any areas of concern and provide a solution. In these rare cases the discovery of previously unknown contributing factors had been discovered through our treatment process. DUE TO CURRENT EXTREMELY ELEVATED ENVIRONMENTAL MOULD LEVELS, GUARANTEES ARE FOR 180 DAYS/6 MONTHS. Environmental mould levels are currently up to 40 times the acceptable limit.

We are in no way responsible for post treatment issues at any time where mould growth has re-occurred when recommendations provided have not been followed and when contributing factors have not been attended to or have newly arisen.

We reserve the right to inspect all situations to ascertain the cause of re-contamination and refuse guarantees where we believe recommendations have not been followed.

Specific recommendations for structural issues must be implemented immediately following treatment, within no more than 4 weeks from the date of treatment.

Where elevated moisture in structural materials has been detected, treatments are to be considered a "make-safe" until moisture levels have been brought to within acceptable levels. This must be rectified within 7 days.

Subsequent treatment may be necessary once materials are dry.

General recommendations must be implemented within 4 weeks following treatment.
